Adansonia Management Services Limited (“AMS”) is a Mauritian offshore management company, licensed by the Financial Services Commission. Its primary focus is on providing a wide range of financial and fiduciary services to International Investment Funds, Corporates, Family Offices and High Net Individuals who have chosen Mauritius as their investment base. AMS, through corporate structures under its management, has channelled investment into no fewer than 16 African countries including South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Ghana, Ethopia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Madagascar, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Senegal, Malawi and the Democratic Republic of Congo. AMS has facilitated investment flows from regions including the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia, North America and South East Asia. AMS encourages African focused investors not only to establish their back office functions, but also their front offices functions in Mauritius, addressing the growing focus on creating permanent establishments. The key components of AMS’s business leverage off the proven track record of the owners, which total 85 years plus collective business experience, consisting of strategic, private equity, business development and execution experience. The execution and delivery of ongoing administration and accounting services is performed by locally recruited industry professionals with considerable offshore experience.
